Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the contest, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which can be updated at any time without notice.

Registration

The parent of the contestant must do the registration. The information provided during the registration must be accurate and complete. We (AlphaStar Academy) reserve the right to cancel your registration if we find that the information provided is not correct.

Cancellations Policy

There will be no cancellations or refunds for any reason.

Online Account Use

The online account for this contest is for your personal use only and must not be shared with anyone else. You are prohibited from using your online account for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

Proprietary Rights

All content included in this contest, such as text, images, logos, and other materials, is the property of the contest organizers (AlphaStar Academy) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are not allowed to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any of the content without written permission from the contest organizers.

Privacy Policy

We may use your personal information to provide you with contest-related services, for marketing purposes, or for educational and research purposes. It will not be sold to any third parties. We will not share your information with others except the third-party providers used by us to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Media Release

By participating in this contest, you grant the contest organizers, its authorized agents, employees, and assignees the right to use the photographs, videotapes, and student information for educational, research, promotional use, or identification purposes without any compensation.

For Contest Managers

In addition to the terms and conditions above, contest managers agree to offer the test only on paper and ensure that students follow the contest rules.
